In order to apply, you must be:
- A U.S. Citizen
- 21 years old at the time of application
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Of good moral character
- Free of physical or mental conditions which adversely affect your ability to perform the essential functions of a Police Officer
You must not have had:
- Felony Conviction
- Conviction of DUI in previous 5 years or 2 in your lifetime (diversions or expungements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
- Conviction of Domestic Violence crime
- Drug usage: Marijuana in last year, all other drugs last 5 years
- Failure to pass a background check
All other criminal history will be evaluated on an individual basis
In order to apply, you must be:

- 18 Years old at the time of applying
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain N.C.I.C. certification
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with minimal mistakes
You must not have had:
- Felony Conviction
- Conviction of Domestic Violence crime
- Drug usage: Marijuana in last year, all other drugs last 5 years
- Failure to pass a background check
All other criminal history will be evaluated on an individual basis
