Testing Calendar

300 Yard run with the following obstacles:

• Dummy drag – haul at minimum a 185-pound dummy for 50 feet.
• 6’ Chain link fence climb/wall jump.
• 5’ long jump.
• Dummy must be taken to the ground and handcuffed
• Slalom cone agility pattern.

The course must be completed in 2 minutes 30 seconds.
